Be polite and respectful. Avoid flood (repeated messages) and spam (mass requests). Do not use offensive or obscene language. Support team is ready to help everyone. Our help is free. We respect the principles of fairness, ethics and expect our users to share the same position.

Provide accurate and accurate information. Do not provide false or contradictory information by distorting the facts. We are the guarantor of justice. This means equal opportunities for all people, honesty and respect for the rights and opinions of everyone.

4. Patience and understanding

We try to solve problems as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take longer than usual. All applications are processed within three working days.
