These Rules are effective as of: 12.24.2025

1. General Information.

• 1.1. Title. The "StoreBoX" Promotion (the "Promotion") is a marketing event aimed at attracting players to the CarX Store website and promoting games developed by CarX Technologies. The Promotion is conducted under the terms and conditions set forth in these rules the "Rules").
• 1.2. Organizer. The organizer of the Promotion is CarX Technologies LLC, Taxpayer Identification Number: 7702408097, registered address: Russia, 129085, Moscow, Godovikova St., 9, Building 17, Premises 4, e-mail: support@carx-tech.com (the "Organizer" or "CarX Technologies").
• 1.3. License Agreement. These Rules are an integral part of the CarX Technologies License Agreement, which is published on the CarX Store website at the following address: https://carx-store.com/en/agreement (the "License Agreement").
• 1.4. Location. The Promotion is held on the CarX Store website, accessible at https://carx-store.com (the "CarX Store").
• 1.5. Duration. The Promotion runs from August 29, 2024, to December 31, 2026, inclusive.The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the Promotion at its discretion.
• 1.6. Participants and Territory. The Promotion is conducted worldwide and is open to fully competent individuals who have fully and unconditionally accepted the terms of the License Agreement and the Rules (the "Participants"). Individuals who do not meet these requirements are not considered Participants and are not eligible to claim Prizes.

2. Procedure for Conducting the Promotion.

• 2.1.To participate in the Promotion, an individual who meets the requirements of Clause 1.6 of the Rules must purchase a Game and/or any In-Game Objects from the CarX Store in the amount specified in Clause 2.2 of the Rules.
• 2.2. For every full 10 dollars, and during the period from August 15, 2025 to August 18, 2025 (inclusive) — for every full 7 dollars (the equivalent of national currency at the rate at the time of purchase) spent on the CarX Store, the Participant will receive one of the Prizes listed in Clause 3.2 of the Rules. The receipt of a Prize under the Promotion is understood as its display in the Participant's personal account on the CarX Store. Prizes are displayed immediately after purchase. If this does not occur, please contact Support via e-mail at support@carx-tech.com or through the special form on the CarX Store.
• 2.3. Any Participant who receives a Prize in accordance with Clause 2.2 of the Rules is considered a winner of the Promotion.
• 2.4. The results of the Promotion and the provision of Prizes will be carried out throughout the entire duration of the Promotion.
• 2.5. Other promotions and events. The Organizer has the right at any time, in order to draw attention to In-Game items, Promotions, the CarX Store, and/or the Games in general, to grant any number of StoreBoxes and/or StoreCoins to persons participating in other promotions, creative contests, or other events, under terms determined at the Organizer’s sole discretion – in this case, the provisions of the Rules will apply to such persons (except for clauses 2.1–2.3), unless otherwise specified by the rules of the respective promotions, contests, events, or by the Rules themselves.

3. Prizes and the New Year’s StoreCoin Drawing

• 3.1. Description of Prizes. The Prizes are bonus points displayed in CarX Store (hereinafter StoreCoin) contained inside special containers (hereinafter StoreBox) (together hereinafter the Prizes).

• 3.3. Bonus Points. StoreCoin entitles the Participant to receive a discount equivalent to the StoreCoin amount when paying for the price of Games and/or In-Game Objects available on CarX Store, for which the Organizer has set a price in StoreCoin.
• 3.4. New Year’s StoreCoin Drawing. During the period from December 26, 2025 through January 13, 2026 (both dates inclusive), the Organizer conducts an additional New Year’s StoreCoin drawing (hereinafter the New Year’s Drawing) among the winners of the Promotion on the following terms:
• 3.4.1. Participation conditions. Any winner of the Promotion who, within the time limits specified in clause 3.4 of the Rules, contributes at least 5 StoreCoin to the Prize Pool (clause 3.4.2) shall be recognized as a participant of the New Year’s Drawing.
• 3.4.2. Prize Pool. The Organizer forms the prize pool of the New Year’s Drawing (hereinafter the Prize Pool) until 23:59 on January 13, 2026 (UTC+3) as follows:
• 3.4.2.1. A one-time contribution by the Organizer in the amount of 5,000 StoreCoin.
• 3.4.2.2. An unlimited number of contributions by participants of the New Year’s Drawing in the amount specified in clause 3.4.1 of the Rules.


• The final Prize Pool of the New Year’s Drawing equals the sum of contributions to the Prize Pool as of 00:01 on January 14, 2026 (UTC+3).


• 3.4.3. Summarizing the results of the New Year’s Drawing. The Organizer summarizes the results of the New Year’s Drawing on a stream in social networks and/or messengers determined by the Organizer at its discretion. Stream start: January 14, 2026 at 16:00 (UTC+3).
• 3.4.4. Procedure for determining the winner of the New Year’s Drawing. On the stream, the Organizer determines one winner of the New Year’s Drawing randomly using a randomizer. The winner of the New Year’s Drawing receives all StoreCoin contained in the final Prize Pool. The Organizer publishes the results of the New Year’s Drawing on the Organizer’s social networks within 3 business days after its end.
• 3.4.5. Additional gifts. The Organizer may, but is not obliged to, at any time during the New Year’s Drawing, gift its participants additional prizes and gifts on terms determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion; the types and quantity of such additional prizes and gifts are determined by the Organizer independently.

4. Final Provisions.

• 4.1. Disputes. In case of any questions or issues related to the accrual of a Prize, you may always contact Customer Support via email at support@carx-tech.com or through form on CarX Store.
• 4.2. Limitations.
  4.2.1 StoreBox and StoreCoin are not currency, means of payment, and cannot be spent (exchanged) for any amount of real money, goods, services, or other valuables (from CarX Technologies or other parties), except in cases provided by the functionality of CarX Store and expressly permitted by CarX Technologies.
  4.2.2. Partial payment is not allowed. The Participant cannot pay for Games and/or In-Game Objects available on CarX Store partially with StoreCoin and partially with monetary funds.
• 4.3. Pricing and Modification. The Organizer, at its discretion, determines the price in StoreCoin for Games and In-Game Objects available on CarX Store and may change it at any time without notifying Participants. Games and In-Game Objects for which a price in StoreCoin has not been set are not part of the Promotion.
• 4.4. Violation of the Rules. The Organizer has the right to refuse the Participant, winner, or any other person from receiving a Prize, performing any other actions that the Organizer (including its employees) is obligated to perform under the Rules, and may, at its discretion, impose any sanctions provided by the License Agreement and/or require the return of any Prize already awarded and/or, in the presence of signs of fraud or other crimes, report to law enforcement authorities if such a person directly violated the Rules or committed dishonest actions aimed at circumventing the Rules.
• 4.5. Status of the Promotion. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Participation in the Promotion does not involve any payment by its Participants and is not based on risk. The Promotion is not a public competition within the meaning of Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a lottery within the meaning of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 138-FZ "On Lotteries" dated November 11, 2003.
• 4.6. Amendment of the Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time. The Participant is obligated to independently monitor the current version of the rules posted on CarX Store. If the Participant continues to participate in the Promotion after the Rules have been amended, the Participant agrees to follow the amendments made, and such amendments become valid and applicable to their participation in the Promotion from the start date of the Promotion.
• 4.7. Terms. All terms (capitalized words) used in the Rules and not defined therein are used as defined in the License Agreement.
• 4.8. Early Termination of the Promotion. If for any reason the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned by the Organizer, including reasons caused by computer viruses, Internet malfunctions, defects, manipulations, unauthorized interference, fraud, dishonest or rule-breaking behavior by any Participant, winner, or other persons, technical malfunctions, or any other reason beyond the control of the Organizer that distorts or affects the execution, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
• 4.9. Consequences of Termination of the Promotion. In the event of termination of the Promotion for any reason (expiration, early termination, violation of the Rules, etc.), all StoreBox and StoreCoin will be canceled, and the corresponding rights of the Participant will be terminated. The cancellation of StoreBox and StoreCoin for any reason does not give the Participant the right to demand from the Organizer their monetary equivalent or compensation for damages.
